Auto-Pool / Autofill
Global pools that fill themselves.
An auto-pool (autofill) plan places every member into a company-wide queue of fixed-size pools. Pools fill strictly in order of joining, so the first pool might hold 3 members, the next 9, the next 27, and so on. When a pool completes, its members are paid a pool bonus and automatically promoted into the next tier pool.
Unlike a matrix, pools are not owned by individual members: they are global. That makes auto-pool a natural add-on layer to a main plan, giving every member a shared incentive to grow the company. Many companies run auto-pool as a loyalty or 'global bonus' program beside binary or unilevel.
DIRSL runs pools of any size and tier count, with entry conditions (first order, rank, repurchase), re-entry and detailed pool-position views for members.
Mechanics, tile by tile.
Qualify for pool entry
A first order, package purchase or rank places the member in the next open slot of tier 1.
Pools fill in order
Tier 1 pools of 3, filled strictly by join order across the entire company.
Pool completes
Each member in the completed pool receives the tier-1 bonus.
Auto-promotion
Members move into the next open tier-2 pool (e.g. 9 members, larger bonus).
Climb the tiers
Tiers continue (27, 81, 243…) with increasing bonuses; some plans add re-entry at the top.
A worked example.
Climbing four pool tiers
- Entry: $100 package
- Tier 1: 3 members, $30 bonus
- Tier 2: 9 members, $90 bonus
- Tier 3: 27 members, $270 bonus
- Tier 4: 81 members, $810 bonus
- Referral bonus $10 per direct (4 directs)
Completion speed is a function of company-wide enrolments; DIRSL's pool view shows members how many joins remain.
What this plan pays.
