Yes. Every tier starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Your workspace, subdomain and sample data are provisioned instantly.
It applies only to member payouts processed through DIRSL's automated rails. If you export payouts and pay through your own bank, there is no transaction fee. Enterprise customers can negotiate a flat fee.
Yes. Upgrade any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date, provided you are within the lower tier's member and plan limits.
Any active distributor or customer account in your genealogy. Deactivated or archived accounts do not count toward your limit.
Signups keep working. We notify you at 80% and 100%, and give you 30 days to upgrade. We never block your field from joining.
No setup fee on any tier. Launch is self-serve, Growth includes two guided onboarding sessions, and Enterprise includes white-glove onboarding and migration.
Yes. Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and updates are included on every tier. You never manage a server.
Yearly billing saves 20%. We invoice in USD, EUR, GBP, INR and AED. Other currencies are billed in USD at the card rate.
