Your default address
Every workspace gets brand.dirsl.com on creation, with SSL. You can run on it forever, but most companies move to their own domain before inviting distributors.
Choose a hostname
Use a subdomain of your main site, such as members.yourbrand.com, app.yourbrand.com or join.yourbrand.com. Keep your marketing site where it is; only the portal moves to DIRSL. Apex domains (yourbrand.com) are supported with an ALIAS/ANAME record or via Cloudflare.
Add the CNAME
In your DNS provider, create a CNAME record pointing your chosen hostname to custom.dirsl.com. If you use Cloudflare, set the record to DNS-only (grey cloud) during verification; you can enable the proxy afterwards.

Verify and issue SSL
In Settings, Domains, enter the hostname and click Verify. DIRSL checks DNS (propagation can take up to an hour), then issues a certificate automatically. Renewal is automatic. Once active, brand.dirsl.com redirects to your domain.
Email and replicated stores
Transactional emails can be sent from your domain by adding the SPF and DKIM records shown in Settings. Replicated stores inherit the custom domain: members.yourbrand.com/u/priya.
