Investment / ROI Plan
Package returns with referral layers. Licensed use only.
An investment or ROI plan sells packages (for example $500, $1,000, $5,000) and pays the purchaser a scheduled return (daily, weekly or monthly) for a fixed term, plus referral and level bonuses on packages purchased by people they introduce. Returns are typically capped at a multiple of the package (2× or 3×).
Compliance review required. Plans that pay returns on money contributed, rather than on retail product sales, are classified as investment contracts, pyramid schemes or unlicensed deposit-taking in many jurisdictions (including the US, EU, India and most of APAC). DIRSL enables this plan only after document review, blocks it in restricted regions, and requires the customer to hold the applicable licence. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
The journey, step by step.
Compliance review
The company submits licences, product documentation and target regions. DIRSL enables the plan only in approved regions.
Member buys a package
Packages define the ROI rate, schedule, term and cap.
Scheduled ROI
The engine credits returns to the member wallet on schedule until the cap is reached.
Referral bonus
The sponsor earns a % of each package purchased by their directs.
Level bonus on ROI
Optionally, a % of the daily ROI earned by members on levels 1–n.
Cap and renewal
When a package hits its cap (e.g. 300%), it expires; the member may buy a new one.
Why companies choose it.
The plan is widely used in forex education, crypto staking, real-estate pooling and trading-signal communities. It is also the plan most frequently prosecuted. In most jurisdictions, paying returns on money contributed is an investment contract, which requires a securities or deposit-taking licence, and paying referral bonuses on those contributions can constitute a pyramid scheme.
DIRSL provides the engine only after compliance review: proof of licence, jurisdiction restrictions, mandatory risk disclosures and capped payout ratios. The platform can also be used purely for the referral layer on a licensed product with returns paid outside DIRSL.
